Aaila comes from the Arabic word for family. The idea behind the Aaila Cups was to explore the rituals behind drinking coffee and family heirlooms. They have double handles and a colour stripe that give the cups an animated quality. Aailas are manufactured in porcelain, and come in two sizes and a variety of colours.
